I thru-hiked the entire Appalachian Trail in 2021. I did most of the Colorado Trail in 2022 and completed it in 2023. In 2024, I'm setting out to thru-hike the Continental Divide Trail.

My name is Madelyn, and as the name would suggest, I like to meander. I didn't do much hiking until the end of college. Most of the activities I love to do now, I didn't begin until adulthood. I strive to demonstrate that it's not too late to find new passions!
